Tollymore Forest family house near Slieve Donard

NOT AS ADVERTISED...AVOID! Negative: NOT AS ADVERTISED. Photos on bookings.com show large house with nice garden. But the reality was a mid terrace house with a concrete back yard with a view of the bins! Living room was upstairs which is not suitable for people with mobility problems and isn't listed anywhere that it's not asessable for disabled. This break was booked for my dad's 86th birthday he has mobility problems and my mother has recently had knee replacement surgery. When they arrived they had nowhere to sit downstairs, no garden and was a terraced house. They were very disappointed and had to go home! When I contacted the owner asking for a refund they said they couldn't give me a refund as bookings.com had the money and that I would need to contact them, they said bookings.com keep the money for 30 days. They then offered another house which they said was exactly the same as they have other rentals (Stay Belfast) But if it was exactly the same then that was still not suitable and they were no help whatsoever! I've since been in contact with bookings.com and they said they are investigating the matter but the owners are refusing to respond. We want our money back as my parents never got to have their break..

Over all was okay just not what was expected should be a lower price stay Positive: N/A Negative: The property looks nothing like its pictures advertised, 300 pound stay just to be in a residential estate looking at other houses.

Positive: Great location right beside Tullymore... Negative: If your being fussy the sofa could be a bit better and there's a noisy fan in the wee bathroom....but didn't really bother us

Aconchegante e ótima para visitar o parque! Positive: Adoramos a casa e a localização. A casa é confortável e equipada, com ótimo aquecimento, sala com lareira, e fica muito perto do parque Tollymore (só precisa atravessar a rua). Além de tudo é pet friendly, havia até mesmo uma caminha para pet na casa e os nossos cachorros adoraram. Negative: Adoramos tudo. A unica coisa é que haviam poucos copos e nenhuma taça de vinho ou espumante, mas isso não foi nenhum grande problema.
